Terms & Conditions For:
WEBSITE DESIGN
Please note that I build websites in such a way that the website can self-maintain and as such do not maintain your website on a monthly basis at no cost. If you have a website that requires ongoing updates, please reach out to me to inquire about my website maintenance packages.
I avoid using WhatsApp for communication due to the high volume of messages I receive. To ensure I can respond promptly, please send me an email to: webdesign@melissanicholson.com, where you can easily reach out with any questions, inquiries or updates.
Please note that I am not responsible for any service provider costs such as domain and monthly hosting fees or IT costs or needs. I am happy to provide guidance through this process, but these fees should be paid directly to the recommended service provider.
Clients are responsible for paying domain and hosting fees directly to the service provider. If payments aren’t up-to-date and the domain is suspended or deleted, I cannot be held responsible for recovering or rebuilding the site. A new website fee will apply for reinstatement, regardless of launch status.
