Terms & Rules
(please read through carefully before referring)
I currently only take on new website builds, and I don’t offer updates or upgrades to websites that were built by other designers. This helps me ensure full quality, consistency, and creative control in the work I deliver.
REFERRAL RULES
You must introduce the referral to me via email, or ensure that when your referral reaches out to me, that they clearly mention your name.
Referral must be a new client (not a previous client I’ve already worked with — unless it's for a completely new website project).
No misrepresentation or unauthorized discounts are allowed. Please note I will not entertain any kind of scam.
If multiple people refer the same client, commission will go to the first valid referral I received.
While I appreciate every referral, I reserve the right to decide who I take on as a client to ensure it's the right fit on both sides.
Referral commission will only apply where the referred client is successfully vetted, and signs a formal website design project contract.
All referrals must be submitted through the official referral enquiry form to be eligible.
All referred projects are taken on based on my availability. If I’m fully booked, there may be a waiting period before the project can begin.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made via EFT within 7 business days of full client payment.
If the client pays in two parts, your commission will be split accordingly. If the second payment isn’t made or the project is cancelled, the second commission won’t be paid.
Referral fees are only valid if the client pays in full and the project is completed.
If a client cancels or does not pay in full, no commission will be paid.
If a client agrees to move ahead initially, but later decides not to go ahead with the website design project, no commission will unfortunately be paid.
Please double-check your banking details — I cannot reverse payments sent to the wrong account.
